Packages are sequential by design. Progression from Fit to Pilot typically requires either completion of Fit or a written jurisdiction selection by the client. Fees for regulators, counsel, and third-party counterparties are separate unless expressly agreed in writing.
A structured discovery discussion and a written, indicative note comparing regulated pathways among SC, MU, CY, and BVI — including high-level themes on substance, fit-and-proper expectations, and document readiness for further diligence.
Project coordination for a single selected jurisdiction through the point of filing by appointed local counsel, including weekly status updates and assembly of materials requested by counsel. Internal policy drafts, if prepared, are for counsel review only and are not legal advice from Takdim.

After a licence is granted by the competent authority: maintenance of a compliance calendar in coordination with the client’s appointed officers and counsel, routing to compliance counterparties, and periodic status notes supporting ongoing operational readiness.
